Hence I created this and 3 other designs .

This one being like a metal plaque form like on a dedication plaque of a new building.

• Created in Paintshop Pro 7.

• i used Fleural font to make the pattern on the plate.

• As Well used various filters to make this, one being Super Bladepro by Flaming Pear.

• Title also created in PSP 7.
